Planning Commission

The Broadway Planning Commission serves primarily in an advisory capacity to the Council, to promote the orderly development of the Town. The Planning Commission addresses comprehensive planning questions and rezoning requests. The Planning Commission consists of five members, appointed by the Council, and they all must be residents of Broadway. At least one-half of the appointed members must be homeowners. One member of the Planning Commission is a member of the Town Council. Members are appointed for terms of four-years.

Should you have any questions about zoning uses at your home or business, please contact the Town Manager. Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of Municipal Building.
